Abstract (EN)
In globalizing world, organizational structure and cultures of the companies have been affected by increasing competition environment. In case of international companies, cultures and norms of countries were also included in general factors. Hereby, this study aims to analyze affects of organizational culture on organization structure in international companies in Turkey by perception of employees. For analysis of research, questionnaire study which is data collection method, was used. The survey is distributed to 400 employees which work in 40 large-scale international companies in Turkey. Within them 222 employees participant to survey. With survey questions; the perceptions of adaptability, involment, consistency and vision to measure the attitudes of employees towards organizational culture; the data obtained from version 22.0 SPSS program were analyzed statistically by associating with the mechanical and organic organization structures. As a result of the research, in international companies it has been emerged that employees are closely connected to the existing rules in case of possible changes, being important of adaptability between employees and predisposition to central management understanding. It has been concluded that the employees do not have sufficient knowledge about organizational awareness of business objectives.
