Abstract (EN)
The first step of cultural change and transitioning process in organizations is the determination of current situation. The aim of this research is to study about the adaptation of team learning with model tendencies by mentioning organizational culture models.Individuals form teams and teams form the organizations, when it is taken into account in today? s global world it is suitable to use highly active and human centered teams instead of unnecessarily large organizations. The more efficient is the current communication in organizational teams, the higher it is to adapt the new circumstances. The flexibility of the organizations is going to increase with the participation of efficient team leaders into market. In this research, the first two chapters are about organizational culture and team. In third chapter, mentioning the learning concept, it is studied about team and organizational learning. In application part, the situations between team learnings of firms in production industry and tendencies of a organizational culture of a scale model were observed.
