A conceptual approach to the relationships between perception of organizational justice and organizational commitment

As in all areas of social life, the concept of justice has great importance for employees in organizations where labour relations are shaped.Organizations firstly should ensure unity and harmony among workers to achieve their goals. Justice is considered as one of the most important factors that can ensure compliance among individuals. Employees give importance to the concept of organizational justice which is related to the decisions of organizational resource allocations, decision process making and perceived justice of interpersonal relationships. Because employees' behaviours such as job satisfaction, intention to leave, organizational commitment and managerial trust are influenced by their perceptions of organizational justice.In this study it is aimed to examine the relationships between perception of organizational justice and organizational commitment theoretically, as the most important antecedent of organizational commitment.Organizational commitment is one of the most important behaviour which organizations demand from their employees. Employees who have a high level of organizational commitment can help to reach the organizational goals and objectives and to cope with the competitive environment in an effective way. It can be explained that the employees who have a high level of organizational commitment also show a higher performance and productivity, and they also show a volunteer effort to realize the goals and objectives of the organization.
