Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to confirm hypotheses about whether organizational justice dimensions play a role in the effect of individual values on job satisfaction. In this context, the main body of the research was the white-collar employees working in companies operating in automotive, food, construction and textile sectors in Bursa. Data were collected from a sample of 149 people by means of a questionnaire and Cronbach Alpha coefficient, CR = Composite Reliability coefficients and Discriminant anlysis methods were used for data analysis. It has been examined whether there is an intermediary role on organizational justice dimensions in the effect of individual values of employees on job satisfaction. It is concluded that only the dimensions of individual value are the mediating role of distribution justice in the effect of objectives on job satisfaction.
