An investigation of the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment in the case of youth services and sports provincial directorates

Abstract (EN)
The research was conducted in order to determine the relationship between the level of organizational justice and organizational commitment of the staff employed in Youth Services and Sport Provincial Directorates affiliated to the General Directorate of Sports in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. This research was conducted to determine the positive effects of organizational practices on organizational commitment, and to determine the impact of organizational justice on staff performance. Questionnaires were given to 353 participants who worked in 81 Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate. Organizational justice perceptions were determined by Organizational Justice Scale, organizational commitment by Organizational Commitment Scale, and employees' performance by Employee Performance Scale. Questionnaire results were analyzed through SPSS software program. In the analysis of the data, t-test, Anova test and Correlation (Pearson) test were used. As a result of the findings, it can be suggested that there are similarities in terms of the performance of the individuals and the gender and occupational status; organizational justice sub-dimensions and gender, marital status and occupational status; organizational commitment and gender and marital status. It has been found that there is a significant difference between employee performance and marital status and working region, organizational justice and organizational commitment sub-dimensions, and region status. Moreover, there is a positive relationship between organizational justice, organizational commitment and employee performance. As a result, as organizational justice and organizational commitment increase, employee performance improves. As organizational justice increases, organizational commitment increases.
