Job satısfactıon and organızatıonal justıce on the effect of an applıcatıon for Istanbul Kuçukcekmece Munıcıpal employees

I have observed that employee expectations are either similiar or exactly the same, with a work experience of about 15 years at human resources department in local administrations as a head of office or deputy municipal. I have also witnessed that leaders' political, cultural, and economical aspects differ although regulations for local administration employees remain the same. Furthermore, I have gaped that a great number of differences come about on penalties and effects on employees. Moreover, citizen's complaints also make clear that employees sometimes display subjective behaviors, remain blind to regulations, and demand different expectations. However, employees are the key factor in corporate performance. ThereforeThe study, aims at revealing the effects on job satisfaction in case of management based on justice in local administrations. Also, the study focuses on management attitudes in a relatively constant environmental factors regarding legal framework. In order to find out results of organizational justice and job satisfaction in Küçükçekmece Municipality following 2004, 600 questionnaires were distributed to employees, of which 300 participated in the survey. (%50 respond rate is quite good because of absenteeism due to leave, sickness, and temporary duties)? Literacy level and summer period are also considerable factors. Findings of the study show that job satissfaction increases in case of the decision related to business policy and procedures is fairly determined, workload, wage and other benefits are fairly distributed, and relation between manager and employee is based on trust.
