Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is, to analyze the effects of organizational structure elements on organizational justice perceptions of employees. In the research part of this study the qualitative research method was used and sixteen doctors and nurses from six different hospitals were interviewed. Data set, which was developed by using data from interviews and personal observations of the researcher, was interpreted by using content analysis method. As a result, despite of the fact that health organizations, which participated in research, have all characteristics of mechanical organizations, people working in these organizations have positive procedural and interactional justice perceptions.Key words: Organizational Justice, Organizational Structure, Procedural Justice, Interactional Justice, Spatial Distance, Formalization, Centralization.
