Abstract (EN)
The most distributed plant parasitic nematode genus is Cereal cyst nematode in wheat growing area in central Anatolian Plateau. Other important plant parasitic nematodes are; Pratylenchus sp., Ditylenchus sp., Tylenchida order, Geocenamus sp., Pratylenchoides sp., Helicotylenchus sp., Paratylenchus sp., Trophurus sp., Paratrophurus sp. and Tylenchorinchus sp. species. All cereal cyst nematodes were belong to Heterodera filipjevi species. Only in one location in Yozgat, H. latipons was identified. Cereal cyst nematode H. filipjevi juveniles emergence from cysts best at 15 and 10oC. Exposition of cysts to 20oC after 5 and 10oC applications causes sudden hatching of juveniles. Juvenile emergence started in October under natural field conditions and continued until April. Higher juvenile emergence was observed in October and February at 5-15 oC. Development of H. filipjevi in Central Anatolian plateau is synchronized with wheat development. Root exudates of Bezostaya wheat variety and ZnCl2 application significantly increased the juvenile emergence from cysts. Suitable soil mixture for juvenile movement and infection of the roots is 70: 29: 1 sand: field soil and organic matter mixture for greenhouse studies. It is suitable of inoculation of 200 juveniles per plant. Using this methodology, 150 national and international wheat materials were tested. Yakar99, Sönmez, KırmızıMısri, Altındane12, Kunduru 1149, IWA8604765, Yelken2000, Üveyik, Katea, IWA8608077, Sorgül, Germir, Hartog, Tosunbey, HN7/OROFEN/BJN8/3/SERI were most resistant wheat variety and pedigrees found against H. filipjevi Haymana population.
