Dr. Mahinur ÇOŞKUNJune - 2007, 131 pageIn this study, Our aim is to determine program activities with direction ofteacher?s opinion, work in primary school of educable children, for evaluate educationalprogram of medium level learning insufficiency children since 2001 in Turkey.Experiment is divided into five parts these are entrance, methods, findings, discussions,results and proposals.Experiment is a kind of descriptive literature study. Area of the research iseducable children primary school?s teachers in Turkey. And research groups are 90teachers work in primary school of educable children in Adana, Adıyaman, Antalya,Aksaray, Gaziantep, and Hatay (İskenderun).Data of the research are collected from questionnaire with 63 items prepared byresearcher. Percent (%) and frequency (f) is used in analysis of experimental data?s.At the end of research results are;There isn?t any evaluation study by the National Education Ministry (MEB)against teachers since beginning of the primary school program of medium levellearning insufficiency (educable) children.According to the teacher?s opinion teachers can not fully applicate the educationalprogrammes and have some problems during the applicatons. Teachers believe that, theaims of the educational problems were above the students; the programmes containsome abstracts and these facts affect the success of the students.Deficiency of book andmaterials for transfer into application with program of education is enforce teachers tovisolve troubles during lesson period by themselves. Deficiencies of materialistic andspiritual in the area of special education, limited social and sportive activities,inadequancies of family support is caused to effect students negatively and alsodecreases teacher?s performance.Key Words: Primary school education program of educable children, Mentalhurdles teaching, Program evaluation.
