Abstract (EN)

Middle income trap is a notion that entered the economic literature in 2007 and have to followed by governments that want important transformations in the future. Factors that play an important role in deserving this importance are help to getting strenghten the basic structure of the economy, achieving sustainable growth performance, development, prosperity and social justice by the improvements in economies to avoid the middle income trap. In order to achieve these advatages, first the problem must be identified and realistic solutions must be determined. In this study get to the bottom of the middle income trap, draw a frame for conceptual framework in the first chapter, reveal approaches for determination of middle income trap by identified income brackets and income traps In the second chapter, reasons for the middle income trap of economies are given, at the same time discussed the ways to avoid middle income trap and experiences of some countries. In the third chapter assess the Turkish economy by teh frame of middle income trap. Given a place to periodic processes and experiences of the economy. After that revealed problems may cause middle income trap and ways to avoid of it. The difference of this study from the others is the forth chapter. In this chapter handled the middle term programmes published by Strategy and Budget Presidency of Presidential Republic of Turkiye, analayse whether the policies implemented by the economy management will provide protection against the risk of middle income trap.
