A computer-aided qualitative data analysis program was used to analyze the data obtained in the research. "Descriptive Analysis" method was used to analyze the collected data and the findings were presented in categories and themes. According to the findings obtained in the research; it was concluded that the value given to the teacher at the Ministry of National Education and schools is not sufficient, that the teachers see relatively more value than the parents, especially the value given to the teacher at the Ministry affects the attitudes of the teachers towards the students, and the value given by the parents to the teachers affects the teachers' approach to the students. Most of the participants stated that parents value teachers in general. In addition, it was determined that the vast majority of teachers were exposed to psychological or physical violence or witnessed their colleagues' exposure, which affects their approach to the student and strengthens their tendency to be more insensitive about student behavior. It was determined that most of the teachers participating in the study were subjected to psychological or physical violence or witnessed violence from their colleagues, and this situation affected teachers' attitudes towards students and strengthened their tendency to be more insensitive to student behavior. Regarding increasing the value given to the teacher and the dignity of the teaching profession, the majority of teachers think that the economic, social and legal status of the teaching profession should be improved. Based on the results obtained, suggestions have been developed for policy makers, practitioners and researchers.
