Secondary school teachers relati̇on of emoti̇onal i̇ntelli̇gence and problem solvi̇ng abi̇li̇ti̇es

Having problem solving skill and the level of the emotional intelligence of the teachers will increase the effect of the educational quality. But, being not fully get out the clasical method constitutes one of the major obstacles of this. In this study, the emotional intelligence level and the problem solving skills of teachers are analyzed. It is thought that there is relationship between emotional intelligence and problem solving skill of individum. As a result of the study this relationship is found. The universe of this study includes the teachers that study in Küçükçekmece, İstanbul And the sample includes the teachers that are selected randomly in Küçükçekmece, İstanbul. According to this study, the average scores of emotional intelligence and problem solving skills are determined. When the answers of participants are examined it seems that the level of emotional intelligence level is high. According to the problem solving skills and emotional intelligence level of the participants, it is not found difference between sex. Also, between some factors like age, occupational seniority and the school that is worked ,there is no significant difference .
