The effect of corporate development of secondary school principals

In this work, the aim is to reveal the effect of the secondary school administrators to the institutional development.The research is composed of five sections:introduction,institutional framework,methods,findings,conclusion - arguments and suggestionM. The research,in which raking model is used, includes teachers working in private and public secondary schools of Ümraniye district of İstanbul in 2012-2013 educational year.The main concern of the research is 310 teachers, working in private and public secondary schools of Ümraniye district of İstanbul in 2012-2013 educational year,that were chosen according to simple random selection method. In the evaluation period of the findings,parametric analysis technics,non-parametric technics,independent group t-test,one sided variant analysis-anova-,post-Hocscheffe test were applied and meaningfulness level was set as 0,05. With the work carried out,we aimed at providing especially secondary school administrators and institutional administrators equitable data in self-evaluation in the institutions they work and bringing national administrator training system a contemporary vision,where in today's world continuously different models are tested.
