The aim of this article is to touch the fringes of the Turkish army?s efficiency areas and to give some informations about these areas. In turkey, which is set up the heritage from the Ottoman Empıre and to income pretoryen cultur, from time to time army?s efficiency area in irrepressible variously to superside the system. Army?s ultimate purpose defends the government but it attempt ascendance controversy to different areas. In Turkey army interfered the civil life four times and still it sees itself concessive position. The world is changing, army?s efficiency?s to the system is not the done thing and halt the barrier to democracy. Moreover, not only to give way entirely the efficiency to politics but also army?s concessive position from the economy and law, to make allowance soldier- civil relations. After world war II, World politics has begun to take shape. The process which starts with polarizing of world in two, has had mutations with time. Idea that everything is proceed in a very different way has become particulary true.At this point ,coups from the Turkey , to gıve informations about the efficiency of these coups to the external power and to exemplify from different countries aspects. In Turkey which is especially sentımental to the membership of European Unıon, as of a 2011, deals wıth the Turkey?s army?s point of view. Because the period is long and incidents are dense, the details will be avoided as possible and gists will be told.
