Opinions of guide teachers in special education evaluation committee about process of educational assessment and diagnostic

It is required for people with disabilities to benefit from the educational requirements of the diagnostic process is taking the committee report according to Special Education Services Regulation No. 26184 dated 31.05.2006. The failures of the educational process, misinformation or lack of professional individuals effects handicappep people and their families are severely disadvantaged. If these processes improve it makes disabled individuals and their families will receive more willing to educational services. Therefore, the subject of research were identified as areas for improvement in educational diagnosis and evaluation processes. In this study to determine the views are.guide teachers in special education who served on the board of assessment and evaluation process of educational diagnosis. The purpose of this study offer suggestions for improvement about areas of educational diagnosis and evaluation process by determining the views are guide teachers in special education who served on the board of assessment and evaluation process of educational diagnosis. Descriptive research methods will be carried out. Data, collected by using a standardized open-ended interview form which in accordance with expert opinion given in the final version. As a result on content analysis on the data according to the recommendations will be developed on areas for improvement of educational diagnosis and evaluation process.
