Educational emotions, perceptions of organizational support and the burnout levels of teachers working in special education institutions

Theaim of this study is to determine whether there is a relation ship between the teaching emotional states, organizational support perceptions and burnout levels of teachersworking in special education institutions. There search was built on the relational screening model. The study population of the research consists of teachers working in special education institutions in Uşak city center in the 2020-2021 academic year. Question naires were distributed toall teachers working in special education institution sand 202 question naires were evaluated. As data collection tools; The "Teaching Emotional State Scale", which was adaptedin toTurkishby Dilekçi and Sezgin-Nartgün (2019), "Perceived Organizational Support Scale" developed by Nayır (2010), The Burnout Scale developed by Maslachand Jackson (1981) were used. According to the research results; A negative and significant relation ship between the anxietysub- dimension of the mood scale and management support, a positive and significant relation ship between the sense of pridesub-dimension and management support, a positive and significant relationship between the feeling of pleasuresub-dimensionand management support were found. A significant and negative relation ship was determined between the feeling of anger and thesum of organizational justice, rewardand work conditions, management supportand Perceived Organizational Support. A negative significant relation ship was found betweent he manager supportsub-dimension and the total decrease in personal achievement and burnout.
