Abstract (EN)
Evaluation of employees, use and develop their ability to create a working environment, running a hand improving employee performance to increase the contribution of the organization, on the other hand, the proliferation of interests of employees and provide benefits to be obtained by organizations, managerial perspective and place the tops of both the employee's employment and help to be appointed as a rational intended to function, the individual, the organization's needs, taking into account the employee's qualifications to be a managerial function.In this study, 360-degree performance evaluation system be integrated with analytical hierarchy process designed performance evaluation system implemented on a special classroom teachers.
