Performance based additional payment on the effects of employee motivation: Çivril State Hospital sample

In this thesis, the concept of performance are discussed, andperformance evaluation, its purpose, importance and benefits are explained, and methods stated in different forms of approach. Ministry of Health as a result of this measurement in health careperformance measurement and how it applies to performance-based payment (PBSP) system, in which case it stated that last point isreached. Effects on employee motivation additional payment based on performance after presenting the general scientific lines, Çivril State Hospital employees affected by how performance-based paymentsystem, reviews, both positive and negative attitudes, motivation,the effects of additional payment will be analyzed the work of the survey conducted face to face.
