The effect of personnel satisfaction on business efficiency: Private hospital application

The main aim of this thesis is to measure the satisfaction of private hospital employees working in the health sector and to investigate the factors determining the satisfaction levels. A total of 392 people were recruited for this purpose. The sociodemographic characteristics of the subjects were evaluated by questionnaire. In this study, the quantitative data obtained from the hospital staff were analyzed through SPSS 23 package program. The frequency, percentage and average values are given for the demographic characteristics of the participant personnel. These findings showed that the satisfaction levels of hospital employees working in the private hospital employees are related to job satisfaction and exhaustion levels
