The fight against PKK-KONGRA/GEL terrorism organisation as a problem solver: Civil society

Terror and terrorism continue to be Turkish Republic basic problem for many years and it?s understood that they?ll remain at this place for many years more. The past years have revealed social and psychologicial grounds in situatıon of problem. Therefore for a solution, responsibility falls on scienists and ordinary citizens at least that falls on goverments. But in that way (or by which mind)this responsibility must be fulfilled?On the one hand, terror and terrorism problem occupy in heavily since many years and changing quite heavy material-moral costs stand in front of us as a number one threat agent of national security espicially in recent years. Violence problem standing ahead of us as a continuation of existing Kurdish issue is now at the point that it can be considered on its own. Even they have merged each other solition paradigms?re needed to be developed against these two issues,On the other hand, there is a civil society impoving further day after fay and groving while it takes the initiative in Turkey. İt?s not even challenging to say that for tens of years, civil society has made it?s tradiation. It forces tradiational power centers to change, getting it?s tradiaton formed by itself to it?s back. Could changing by which improvig civil society brought about develop a mind needed for solution of issues which state strained to overcome?This study is to research how developing civil society mind acts in solution of problems especially Kurdish and violence matters that Turkey experienced.PKK emerged as a result of existing Kurdish protest and is terrorised radicalizing in illegal field. It combined it?s ideological background and demands of Kurdish people. Thus, it recruited crowed of people itself and establised a task of represantiaton. It has adopted terror as a tool for realizng it?s demands.Legitimate use of force and determination of legal field in state?s authority has caused organisation?s gaining of crowd. As a consequence, at this point, there is a quite big crowd İn intersection set of Kurdish and violence issue. This slithery crowd will weaken as a marginal violence movement with solution of Kurdish issue or violence issue will go awry with deadlock of Kurdish issue.In the face of these challenges in study, determination of problem and problem solving role of civil society have been carried out with in-depth interviews in region and theoritical discussions.Key words: Civil soviety, PKK-KONGRA/GEL, Demands, Legal field
