Abstract (EN)

Some children under the age of 5 have recurrent cases of injury and various areas of the body may appear in the form of stomach infections, intestines, tonsillitis, recurrent diarrhea, and even cases of pneumonia and urology. The causes of these injuries vary between environmental and genetic, The study aimed to determine the levels of some immune factors in children under the age of 5 who have recurrent cases of infections or other injuries and of late recovery and response to treatment. The results then showed a clear decrease in both the IgG, IgM, and C4 and the enumeration of lymphocytes in the children under study at the rate of (627.26 mg/dL, 63.13 mg/dL, 20.27 mg/dL, 1.95*10^9 cell/L ) respectively. With significant differences of IgM at the level of 0.05, the effect of age was shown at the level of both IgM, C4, and census of both white blood cells and granule cells as their rates appeared at a higher level in The first age group (1M-3Y), While levels of both IgG and lymphocyte counts in both age groups have converged with the levels of these studied immune factors and levels of immune factors have shown convergent rates in females and males. Children under study had 33% recurrent cases of urinary sewage inflammation, 28% recurrent cases of gastroenteritis, and 23% lung injury, 16% of children appeared with tonsillitis with a convergence of the rates of immune factors studied in such cases. Immunodeficiency had a demonstrable effect on the functioning of immune cells and natural immunity in children under research, rather than the amount of those cells. It was discovered that IgG and IgM concentrations grew directly with increasing age. A decline in the number of B lymphocytes allowed us to forecast the persistence of particular immunodeficiency and the formation of chronic lung illnesses. It was discovered that IgA levels are extremely low throughout the neonatal period and grow with age. While the level of IgM in the blood was lowest during the newborn period. The proportion of IgG, IgM, and C4 immunoglobulins appeared to be greater in the first age group (1-3 years) than in the second age group (3.5-5) The reason may be that the immunity of the child in the first age group is higher than that of the child in the second age group as a result of maternal immunity. It was shown that the health of the mother plays a significant effect in the immunity of newborn children of the first age groups (1M-3Y). Despite the known increase in serum IgM concentration with age, a study found no significant difference in the ages of those who participated in the study. Because IgM is the first antibody produced during both primary and secondary immune responses, and because it rapidly decreases following infection treatment. However the rate of IgG appeared to be greater in females than in males, indicating that sex influences IgG production more than the other examined immunological components. It was found that the immunoglobulin levels of females are higher than those of males.
