Researching of affects of a professional team to social-cultural and social-echonomic structure of a city (Tavşanli sample)

Football which is commonly played in our Nry has been subjected to many academical and scientific research. In addition to this, the importance of great crowdeds to football lead to seen it as an investiment equipment in many researches. In addition to these researches, many researches are performed on effects of sport on sociality and individuals. On the other hand, it has not seen any research focused on social-cultural or social-economic effects of sport. For this reason, in this research, effects of having a professional team on social-cultural and social-economic structure of a city were researched. In the research, a survey was performed on subjects of Tavsanli city of Kutahya which have a professional team named T.K.İ. Linyit Sport Club, and view of subjects on profits of competitions, and collected data were analysised at SPSS 15.0 for Windows program. According to results, subjects are adopted to their own sport team, they express funs of visitor team add some cultural values to their social-cultural structure, they also add economical value to city and they glad to visitors com efor competition.Key Words: Professional Football, Social-economic structure, Social-cultural value, Sport clubs, Sport.
