Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, project management techniques have become a necessity for every company to achieve projects strategic goals and target with in an optimal time and cost. An effective project management system is neccessary for the projects to create working environment with minimized risk and failure with in existing resources. For this purpose, PERT and CPM which are project management methods are frequently used to manage the projects.The main objective of this study is to show the importance of the project management for the active companies as well as new investors. The projects which are large-scaled and have complex transactions are divided into small and understandable pieces with project management techniques. Hence the new investors are able to see the uncertainties and potential failures about the projects that they want to practice and can take action accordingly. This situation that has minimized risk and failure, encourages the new investors.In this study, the details of project management techniques such as PERT and CPM are given and the CPM, which is commonly used technique, is applied to built up a land snail farm. First of all, a work-flow program of the project is formed and later the follow-up and control of work are carried out with prepared charts. In the project, AutoCAD is used for the farm location planning and Gantt chart analysis are made up by utilizing the Microsoft Office Project.
