Abstract (EN)

Endogenous and exogenous reactive oxygen species, which originated as a source of metabolic pathways ( ROS), can cause damage to DNA, lipids and proteins in the cell. It can create DNA lesions, single stranded break and double stranded break in genome. 8-OHdG which is known the most common DNA lesion, when which is not repaired, it can cause mutations in genome. Androgen receptor signaling is very important to normal protate development and prostate cancer progression. In this study, it is aimed to investigate 8-OHdG foci recognition in Aklides Nuc system effect of androgen pathway on 8-OHdG occured and DNA damage onto prostate cancer. The studies show that 8-OHdG foci occur in genome by androgen receptor and NKX3.1 is silenced and it is provided NKX3.1 over expression.Besides, it is provided 8-OHdG recognition on Aklides Nuc system and analyzes.Consequently, androgen receptor pathway and NKX3.1 protein are very important factor for repaired oxidative damages in wide of genome and prostate cancer progression.
