Abstract (EN)
Introduction: The concept of job satisfaction and burnout are two concepts that have come to the fore in this last period with increasing working difficulties and getting harder working conditions in our country and at the same time, they are two concepts that have started to come to the fore in psychology researches. The concept of job satisfaction is a concept that is realized when the person in the organization earns from this organization and his expectations from the organization match with the job he performs. It can also be shown as the attitudes of this person towards the job he / she performs. While these attitudes differ from individual to individual, they can also appear in the form of positive or negative. The concept of burnout, on the other hand, can be considered as the individual's performance in the organization, that is, being tired of his job and the depersonalization he grows in himself for that job. In other words, it is considered as a concept formed as a result of all negative experiences encountered at work. Objective: The primary purpose of our study is to examine in detail the relationship between job satisfaction and levels of burnout psychologists working in the field. It is job satisfaction and the reason why it is handled in two different ways in this study, where we examine femininity and men: some stereotypes towards the weakened and the male. The reason for the examination according to age is; His age can be compared to his age, his age and also a healthy way. Information when classified according to educational status: It is considered approximately as your case. When considered in terms of marital status assessment, it has a more comprehensive perspective. If cigarette smoking is used, smokers are guided by those who have more past skills than younger ones. The institution worked; job satisfaction and how much comprehensive-demographic information is added to the formula. The use of time and experience in the business language, job satisfaction, and the way of practice and experiences are derived from the training stemming from the practice. When the growth rate of the individual's monthly income is considered in terms of education and training, it is added to the earnings formula in terms of earnings. The purpose of this study is to reveal which socio-demographic variables show significant differences with the socio-demographic data collected, given the job satisfaction and burnout of the psychologists participating in our research. Methods: The universe of our work is psychologists who are active in Turkey. Our sample from this universe was composed of 251 psychologists between the ages of 25 and 45 who agreed to participate in the study. The data collection tools used in our research are the Maslach Burnout Inventory, Minnesota job satisfaction scale, and socio-demographic question forms. Because of the pandemic, online survey forms were used to allow them to participate in remote research. These collected data will be evaluated by SPSS program and analyzed by 'Chi Square'to compare the fields contained in the variables, 'one-way ANOVA' to compare the average of two or more groups, and 'Student t test' to investigate the averages that are not related to each other. Results: Psychologists have a negative and moderate relationship with job satisfaction and burnout in the overall total, a positive and low level in the emotional sub-dimension, a negative and moderate level in the sub-dimension of desensitization, a negative and moderate level in the sub-dimension of success, and a moderate level. Conclusion: As a result of our research, when we look at Minnesota job satisfaction scale data, age, education status, marital status, working style, work experience, compared to monthly earnings variables, there is no significant difference between them, while gender, smoking, and employee institution variables are examined. If you examine the burnout scale maslache, marital status, mode of study, work experience ,monthly earnings, while a statistically significant difference between the variables, gender, age, marital status, smoking, and studied the relationship between the variables is examined there is a significant difference when the institution that is a significant difference in a statistical sense is seen.So as a result, when psychologists ' job satisfaction increases, their burnout decreases.
