The comparision of the emotional quotient level of the students who studying in the departments of pscyhology, architecture and engineering

In this research, it is aimed to specify the emotional quotient level of the students who studying in the departmets of pscyhology , architecture and engineering. In the research, Personal Information Form (See appendix-2) and Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Scale (See appendix-1) were used as a data collection tool. The sample of the research is composed of 145 students who studying in the departments of pychology, architecture and engineering at Beykent University with second and third grade students of Yeditepe University that are located in İstanbul. Of the 145 students who attended in the research, 91 are girls women and 54 are men. In consequence of the research,it was observed that self- conciosness, interpersonal relationship and overall mantal state of the students were very high. Condition and environment adaptation, the level of stress management were found avarege. When the research investigated in the view of socio demographic features ; a meaningful difference was found considering the variables of sex,departmens students study in and classes.
