Abstract (EN)

As globalization increases in the World, innovation has become inevitable in organizations as in every field. Different perspectives are needed for an institution to continue its life and to be efficient and effective. Here, the extent to which the concept of psychological capital can be implemented is discussed with the concept of person-organization fit, which is a mediating variable. First of all, the concepts of psychological capital, innovative work behavior and person-organization fit, which are the variables of the thesis, are examined and discussed in detail. In the last part of the thesis, the effect of person-organization fit on psychological capital and innovative work behavior with its mediating role was examined. In the study, a survey was conducted with 270 employees to examine the mediating role of person- organization fit in the relationship between psychological capital and innovative work behavior. The data obtained from the participants through the survey method were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, mediator variable analysis and finally structural equation model using SPSS 26.0 and LISREL 8.7 statistical package programs. As a result of the study, it was revealed that psychological capital positively and significantly affects both innovative work behavior and person-organization fit. In addition, the research hypothesis inragrds to person-organization fit has a mediating role in the relationship between psychological capital and innovative work behavior was also supported.
