Invastigation of mental endurance levels and problem solving skills of i̇ndividual WHO DO windsurf as recreational activity

The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between the mental stamina and problem solving skills of individuals who windsurf as a recreational activity. The study group consists of 185 participants who came to windsurf for recreational activity at ida windsurf & kitesurf spot in Güzelyalı village of Çanakkale province. The personal information of the participants was obtained by using the personal information form, mental toughness scale, and problem solving inventory. The results obtained in the study were calculated as mean and standard deviation. The normality distribution of the data was made with the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test, and nonparametric tests were applied because the data were not normally distributed. Mann Whitney U test was used to compare 2 variables, and Kruskal Wallis test was used to compare 3 or more variables. Statistical analysis SPSS 25.0 package program was used. It was unthinkable because of the content of schools where students had age-related issues. They are the ones who have a perspective that makes sense only in a short time from surviving with their old age. These individuals are 18 years and under-19-22 years old and under 18 years and 23-26 years old. . To review what may be created and problematic by the choices of the participants, they will not be noticed meaningfully. It is something to choose from among the different trainers, where a meaningful definition is made between the content of the participants and the things that can be done. But nothing meaningful will happen in such a way that it doesn't create a problem with being alive. Those who make a distinction, above all, from the point of view of the participants' use in the wind, and in reviewing their problems. This experience, which was conducted on 185 people, is 131 male and 54 female participants.
