Assessment of job-related risks in health workers (example of hospitals in Artvin province)

This research is a cross-sectional, descriptive and analytical research which was conducted to determine the hazards and risks of health workers in Artvin State Hospital and Şavşat State Hospital. It is planned to evaluate the occupational accidents and risks that may occur due to various factors and to develop recommendations by minimizing the degree of impact of these risks. The population of the study is composed of Artvin State Hospital and Şavşat State Hospital (Barış, Midwife, ATT, SM, Lab.Tek., Rönt. Tek.). In the research, 200 employees were reached with easy sampling method. Data of the research; sociodemographic characteristics (age, gender, marital status, economic status, educational status), perception of risks and dangers arising from hospital working environment, health status (nutrition, exercise, rest, chronic illness, sleep, smoking, alcohol, health check etc.) and The questionnaire consisted of questions such as working conditions (duration of service, working hours, work efficiency, etc.) and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) ,DAS and Health Worker Safety Scale (SPG) were collected through direct observation. There is a positive correlation between BAI and DAS scores of health personnel and there is a negative relationship between SQQ scores and BAI and DAS scores.
