Abstract (EN)

Measuring the levels of self-esteem is the subject of this study, health workers. The purpose of the creation of the conceptual framework of self-study, the factors that affect self-esteem and self-esteem is a measure of the level of health care workers next to the assessment of the effects on the individual self-esteem. Rosenberg to collect data from the study, developed by the self-esteem scale and demographic questionnaire consisted of 11 questions has been used. The exploration's illustration was calculatied as 183 people. Individualism is a whole to be consist of our personal properties, abilities, goals and beliefs. This is a fact what the person is, what will happen in the future and reflects that desire what other people think about herself/himself. Self-esteem reflects that the person like the subjective qualities and self-worth seeing, and proceeds from self-assess.Research Healthcare Staff' self-esteem levels as a result of significant differences were identified according to many variables.
