For the second statement `The basic rules are obviously defined in the group?, %5,1 of the physicians and %22,4 of the nurses noted that `always?. When the participants were asked what the negative factors were within team work??, %42,4 of the physicians and %44,9 of the nurses declared that it was only because of existing weak team soul. %58,6 of the physicians and %72 of the nurses explained this negative factor as `non-existing institutional support?.The result of the research show that the health care providers are aware of the importance of the teamwork but there is not any certainty in the team activities that are based on the cooperation.
