Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to examine the level and the relationship among the concepts of organizational trust, organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the hospital professionals. Theoretical framework was presented on the first and the second sections of the study. On the third and fourth sections methodology of the study and results of the study was shown. On the final section basic findings of the study and suggestion to the future studies was presented. Key Words: Organizational trust, organizational commitment and job satisfaction
