The mistakes and deficiencies in health services and the effects of these inabilities on human life make the quality even more important. The questions of "how do we serve?" or "how can we make it better?" should be answered honestly becuase in the field of health there is no coming back if a mistake was committed. In order to function better in this crucial field, all workers should be well educated and the system of dappling is not suggested to be used.
