Abstract (EN)

The negativities experienced during the Covid period have reshaped the world in both economic and social life. While the experiences in the Covid process have led to the emergence of new awareness for the post-covid period and re-evaluation of needs, it has made people more dependent on digital technologies. The fact that customers had to use digital technologies enabled them to better see the deficiencies in existing designs and caused some changes in their expectations from digital environments. The real estate sector has been the most disadvantaged sector in terms of marketing during the epidemic period, and traditional marketing methods have become unusable. In order to overcome these negativities, it has become necessary to innovate in the design structures of the technologies used in digital marketing. The expectations of real estate customers from the technological environments that are used extensively in real estate marketing are increasing day by day. In order to meet the increasing expectations, digital media designers need to determine the demands and needs correctly and analyze the factors affecting the expectations in detail. The primary purpose of this research was to determine the expectations of real estate customers from digital technologies. The task of marketing is to reveal the decision-making structures of the customers and to assist them in their purchasing decisions. Since real estate products are expensive, not similar to each other, too many materials are used in their production, and can be considered as an investment tool, customers have to evaluate a lot of information when making a purchase decision. Accurate processing of the collected information complicates the decision-making process. The most important issue in digital environment designs is to present the information that customers need about the products clearly. The purpose of collecting information is to facilitate decision-making. Customers use different types of decision-making styles when making decisions. In this study investigated decision styles whether it has a direct effect on expectations from digital technologies. Digital media designs to be used in decision making, information gathering and analysis must be compatible with customers' ability to use these technologies. Otherwise, it will not be possible for customers to benefit from these environments efficiently. In the study, the mediating effect of the skills of using digital technologies on the decision-making styles and the expectations of customers from digital media designs was investigated. In addition, considering the effect of the covid-19 disease on the psychology of the customers, the mediation effect of the fear of covid between the decision-making styles and the expectations of the real estate customers from the digital environments was investigated. As a result of the analysis of the research models, the hypotheses that the rational decision-making style and the dependent decision-making styles have a direct effect on the expectations of real estate customers from digital technologies were accepted. The hypotheses that the ability to use digital technologies and the fear of covid mediate between decision-making styles and real estate customers' expectations from digital platform were accepted.
