Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effect of salicylic and acetyl salicylic solutions of germination of "Nantes" type carrot (Daucus corata L.) on the germination and emergence of the seeds were investigated under salt stress In the laboratory conditions, the seeds were subjected to pre-germination in 50, 100 and 150 mg L-1 salicylic and acetylsalicylic acid solutions for 24 hours in a hydropiriming climate cabinet at a temperature of 15 °C. The seeds were divided into two groups as pre-germination and control group. Pre-germination and pre-germination of seeds and control group standard germination (20 oC), low and high temperature stress test two different temperature (5 oC and 25 oC), sand environment output test (15 oC) and seedling growth tests were performed. In this study, the values obtained on germination; The effects of pretreatment on germination and outflow rate and mean germination and discharge time were statistically significant. In this experimental study, this triple interaction was included in the error as acid x dose x salt triple interaction was not statistically significant. As a result of the study, low temperature, high salt concentration was determined to reduce germination of carrot seeds. High doses of SA and ASA pretreatment had a positive effect on the germination and output parameters of carrot seeds. According to the results of the study, the highest germination rate of 0 mg/L (control) acid pretreatment was 89 % and 0 mM NaCl was obtained. The highest germination rate was determined as 50 mg/L acid 50 mM NaCl and 150 mg/L acid l50mM NaCl with 93,0 %. SA and ASA applications increased the germination rate of seeds in low and high temperature and salt containing environments. This may be due to the effectiveness of SA and ASAs in systemic acquired resistance.
