The Shanghai Cooperation Organization Convention is based on border security and cooperation against regional terrorist group emerging in member states. Under the scope of this cooperation, it is aimed to make efforts on combating against terrorism more effective with the change in the domestic legal regulations of the member states and making a commonly accepted definition of terrorism.
