Fiqh rulings related to doctor's activities during war and disaster

This thesis, titled "Fiqh Rulings Related To Doctor's Activities During War And Disaster" explores the worship and profession of doctors in times of war and disasters within the framework of the concept of necessity in Islam. The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction section provides information about the research topic, its objectives, significance, related studies, and the theoretical framework. The theoretical framework explores the concept of necessity and the jurisprudential rules related to the impact of necessity on legal rulings. The first part addresses issues related to the worship of doctors in times of war and disasters. Given situations such as a high number of casualties, discussions are held on issues concerning doctors and their prayers within the context of necessity. In the second part, ethical and medical issues related to treatment procedures during wars and disasters are discussed, with a focus on the ethical and religious frameworks that should guide actions.
