Abstract (EN)
The study aims to investigate relationships between sector structure, corporate culture and ınnovatıon strategıes of SME's. Quantitative research was used and data were obtained by using questionnaire technique. The research sample constitute of senior and middle level managers at SME's. A total of 202 questionnaires were evaluated. According to the results; while networked and fragmented corporate culture have most affected by the sector structure which bargaining power of buyers is high; communal and mercenary corporate cultures have most affected by the sector structure which bargaining power of suppliers is high. Aggressive innovative strategy has most affected by the mercenary corporate culture style, defensive and opportunistic innovative strategies have most affected by the communal corporate culture. Finally, aggressive and defensive strategies have most affected by the sector structure which threat of market entry is high. The opportunistic innovative strategy has affected by the sector structure which competition between rivals is high.
