Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to determine the amount of nutrients removed from the soil and the utilization rate of fertilizers for cauliflower, lettuce, leek, radish and green onion vegetables grown in greenhouse conditions. For this reason, the breeding practices and fertilization program of the producer were taken as the basis. The research was carried out in 4 replications and in each replication, 13 plants were grown for cauliflower, 20 plants for lettuce, 57 plants for leeks and radishes, and 80 plants for green onions. The research was continued until the harvest period of each plant. Dry matter, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu analyzes were made after the necessary processes of the plants were harvested and brought to the laboratory. The underground and aboveground parts of cauliflower, lettuce, leek and green onion plants were evaluated together, while the tubers and leaves of the radish plant were evaluated separately in determining the fertilizer use efficiency rate. According to the results of the analysis, significant differences (P<0.05) were found in all parameters between the fertilezed and non-fertilized plots. Considering the fertilizer utilization rates, the nutrient use efficiency of plants as percentage from N, P, K, Ca, and Mg were 5.57, 4.31, 13.93, 75.30, 467 for cauliflower; 11.39, 13.50, 38.75, 22.31, 586 for lettuce; 8.32, 8.06, 17.50, 43.03, 326 for leek; 16.72, 20.66, 52.14, 241, 750, for radish leaf; 6.37, 13.17, 31.60, 100, 413 for radish tuber and 2.79, 2.50, 7.44, 41.83, 228 for green onion. The applied fertilizers had a positive effect on the yield and nutrient content of the plants. Fertilizer utilization rates were found to be quite low especially for N, P and K. This gave strong clues that the plants grown under greenhouse conditions were over-fertilized for N, P and K. It showed that the plants in the experiment needed less fertilization.
