In the modern world, people want to get rid of the chaos of daily life, build their future, return to their essence, and enter into a systematic search for the past; Finally, it requires the Science of History. The laboratory of historical science is the documents, ruins, etc. that have survived from the past to the present. The Court Registers recorded by the judges, who were representatives of the trust established by the Ottoman Empire in the provinces, are not just legal documents for the historian; At the same time, they are the records that convey the city's physical structure, economy, administrative order, social life, change and development to the present day. In this study, the history, culture, social and economic situation of Beypazarı, which is located approximately 100 km northwest of Ankara and has hosted many civilizations from past to present, was tried to be revealed in the light of data obtained from archive records. The history of settled life in Beypazarı, which was established in the Kirmir Valley and its surroundings, in a geography where historical roads intersect, dates back to the Ancient Ages. It is possible to find traces of many civilizations such as Luvis, Hittites, Phrygians, Galatians and Roman-Byzantine in Beypazarı. In the study, the administrative structure of the Beypazarı district between 1881 and 1913, the economic activities of the city people, their society and lifestyles were examined. In this study, the reflections of the new institutions formed in the administrative, economic and economic fields in the last quarter of the Ottoman Empire and inherited from the Republic on Beypazarı, a provincial city, were examined. Beypazarı, which became an Ottoman city after Murat I (I) annexed Ankara to Ottoman territory in 1362, became a district of Hüdavendigâr (Bursa) sanjak at that time. Due to its geographical location, which has been a crossroads of important commercial routes since the ancient times, trade developed in Beypazarı and reached its peak in the 15th and 16th centuries. After the declaration of Tanzimat, it was annexed to the Ankara sanjak and continued its existence as one of the 25 districts of Ankara. In our study, 9 books selected by sounding method from the Court Registers of the Beypazarı court at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century were examined and evaluated. Archival sources provide the originality of the study. Tables were created by analyzing the findings and data obtained along with other studies. The study consists of three sections, administrative, economic, social and central, except for the introduction section. In the introduction, information about the sources used and the historical geography of Beypazarı are given along with information about Ankara in order to get to know the region to which Beypazarı was a sanjak during the Ottoman period and a province during the Republic period. In the first part, Beypazarı's administrative structure, management, district administrators and changing and developing phenomena and population structure under the title of neighborhood at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century were examined. In the second part, the economic structure of the city was focused on; An attempt has been made to provide information about commercial activities in the region, agriculture, animal husbandry, and prominent industrial branches in the city. In the third part of our study, we tried to present sections from the daily life of the local people at that time. The structure of the family institution at that time was examined, the issue of children and education was discussed, and historical buildings such as mosques, inns and covered bazaars in the district were examined. The issue of migration, a phenomenon brought about by the war, and its impact on Beypazarı was tried to be examined. In addition, crimes and the penalties given for them were tried to be examined. As a result, the institutions and organizations in the administrative organization of Beypazarı, along with the new orders that began to form, were revealed, it was observed that there was an economic change and transformation within the framework of the developing events, and it was seen that social life continued in its daily routine in the shadow of all these events.
