Seyfettin Başcıllar's life, art and showmanship

Seyfettin Başcıllar is an important artist who grew up and lived in Kilis. In a period Başcıllar gives some appropriate poem samples of Second Modern Movement; however, he headed for a different perception by finding his own style. This orientation which constitutes Başcıllar's basic perception can be explained as benefit and clarity. The information in his works desiring to reach social and universal by starting with individual is based on these two principles. In this study, ıt will be tried to be explained Başcıllar?s poetics, themes and features of poetry.
