Retrospective examination of patients with scoliosis surgery

61 patients between 12 ? 26 years old, ASA I-II, treated scoliosis surgery between january 2012 ? february 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.(Table A-B-C). Nitroglyserin in the dosage range between 15-150 mcg/kg/dk, had been started to a group of patients which were unstable hemodynamically, about one hour later after the surgery starts. The group of nitroglycerin had been started is called " group II " and the other group is called " group I ". There were no differences between the goups significantly about demographic characteristics and surgery duration. The target of blood pressure (MAP: 60-65 mmHg) had been reached. The amount of bleeding was respectively 1047 ml. and 1037 ml.The urine output was 0,5 mg/kg/h at least. 11 patients of the group I and the only 1 patient of group II had been applied transfusion postoperatively. The average amount of transfusion during the operations respectively 2,3 U and 2,1U. There were no differences significantly between the groups about the preoperative and postoperative values of Hb, Hct, PT, aPTT, INR, AST, ALT, total protein, albumin, BUN, creatinine, rebound hypertension after the hypotensive agent stops, the rate of patients had been extubated at intensive care unit and the amount of postoperative analgesia.
