Abstract (EN)
Purpose of the present study is analyze to joint angles, range of motions ground reaction forces in 202 (2s descending : 2s ascending), 101 (1s descending : 1s ascending) and Maximum Velocity Cadance (MVC) of push-up exercise and expose to correlation between push-up cadances and 1RM bench press. At least one year strength training experienced 24 volunteer male athletes [age: 24.95±3.65, height: 178±6,96 cm, mass: 80,58±10,58 kg, BMI(body mass index): 25,34±2,54 kg/m2, BFR(body fat ratio): %12,80±5,56] were sampled. 1RM bench press was measured by indirect method. After that 3 different cadances of push-up (202, 101, MVC) were done. Load cells recorded strength data while participants were doing push up movement. At the same syncronized video capturing was recorded for the visual analyze of angles. If the acquired data was parametric, one sample repeated measures ANOVA was choosen for analysis of sample. Thereafter, "LSD" (Least Significant Difference) post-hoc test was used for multiple comparisons. "Friedman" test was used for the non-parametric data. Then, "Wilcoxon signed-rank" test was used for post-hoc analyze. "Spearman" test was choosen for correlation analyze. Statistical significance level was set at p ≤ 0,05. Statistical significance was found (p < 0,001) between ground reaction forces of 4 extremites and relative strengths in 3 varied cadance of varied push-ups. Statistical significance was found at range of motions in varied cadance of push-up were getting tighted if cadance was high (p < 0,001). It was also statistically observed that as the tempo changed, the angles in which the force was seen changed. As a result, a biomechanical analysis of the push-up movement was made with this study, it may be said that as the push-up cadance increases, ground reaction forces increase but the range of motion may decrease. Keywords: relative strength, load cell, biomechanic, range of motion, kinesiology, motion analyze, kinematic
