Abstract (EN)
Unlimited improvement, one of the applications of quality improvement, Continuous and unlimited implementation of improvement in all organizational processes, Quality improvement based on the dissemination of quality improvement activities to all processes, persons, stages and other intra and organizational factors and eliminating all existing and possible limitations for it application. Innovation is the realization of an improved product / service or process, a new marketing method or a new organizational method in business practices, organization, external relations. In the past 50 years innovation has been more and more adopted every day and more research on innovation than previous years it is made. The reason why the notion of innovation today is so important is that countries can turn the phenomenon of globalization into their own benefits. Performance; Doing a job has the power to affect the capacity, durability, etc. is defined as a demonstration of the extent to which different situations and outcomes are achieved at a generally determined level. Business performance describes the importance of fulfilling business goals and objectives according to findings obtained when a certain way passes through production. Measurement of business performance is seen as an important measure in terms of both seeing what the company does and creating customer satisfaction in the target market. Unlimited recovery envisages the inclusion of all persons, tools, processes, practices etc. within the scope of improvement. All elements are taken into the scope of recovery, and the success of total quality management practice increases with increasing customer satisfaction and organizational performance. Innovation is the idea that countries can turn the phenomenon of globalization into their own benefits. Countries that produce information and keep up with technological innovations will be able to sell products and produce services in global markets. It is extremely important to be able to produce new products / services in terms of globalization. Operational performance is the relationship between actions taken in response to competitive forces, allowing the firm to use its internal resources and adapting to external environments, integrating ideas of efficiency and effectiveness. In this context, firm performance is linked to firm success because of new or improved measures taken to increase profit and growth. The aim of this study is to determine the unlimited improvement in the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing sector and their relation to innovation. For this purpose, literature review and scales were first developed. The developed scales were converted into questionnaire form and obtained. Research Kastamonu has been applied to the owners and managers of SMEs in the organized industrial zone. At the end of the research; unlimited healing and innovation were found to be positively and positively related to the performance of SMEs. It can be said that these findings can contribute to the research that will be important and guiding for the SMEs in which the research is done.
