Rivalry between two super power during the Cold War which is asserted that it has ended by dissolution of USSR, has reemerged distinctly on the former Soviet geography by 2000's. Georgia, is one of the most overtly seen states of this rivalry which has been assertedas a renewed Great Game between US and RF. 1990's was a period of economic and political instability and civil wars for Georgia.
