It is also noteworthy that as the age of the administrators increases, their psychological resilience and levels of coping with stress decrease. In line with the findings, making the necessary arrangements to reduce the factors that cause stress in social services institutions and organizations, planning trainings for improving the managerial skills of managers and strengthening the processes of coping with stress will contribute to the effective demonstration of social services to broader deprived groups.
