Abstract (EN)
Human resources lived a rooted changed in time. In the basis of this change, there is the increasing importance of employees. When their potential increased, the importance of human resources increased, too. With the way, human resources have become a management function. In the last years, human resources have reached a strategic dimension and the concept of "strategic human resources management". According to that strategic human resources management changed the specialty of being a simple department and made it a functional piece of a company. This functionality helped the strategic human resources management to work more employee-focused. At the same time, it became possible for employees to feed feeling of trust on their companies by the support that they saw. As a part of this feeling of trust, the concept of "organizational commitment" is important to make a connection in positive mean between employees and their companies. With that way, it is possible for employees to work more efficiently for their companies. This study of thesis includes an evaluation on strategic human resources management and organizational commitment. After that, there is a survey, which researches the effect of strategic human resources management on organizational commitment. The role of strategic human resources management during the shaping process of organizational commitment has been evaluated by this survey, which was realized on 100 volunteer people, who work in different companies of private sector.
