Abstract (EN)

Recent studies have related to effect some biochemical parameters as vitamins, enzymes, selenium , Zinc, Iron, Ferritin, in patient infected with dermatophytosis and treatments for supplement facters . In this study, the samples were divided, after being diagnosed by a dermatologist and examined by the direct method, into 3 groups, (Control group , patients (Ring worm) group and Patients (Ring worm + Treatment) group, all groups treated at period 30 days. As result, we can imply that the biochemical assessments in teatment group revealed significant elevation (p≤0.05) in the amount of Vitamins B12 and D3, selenium, Zinc, Iron, Ferritin, Calcium and Potassium copmpared with control group. It was found from the current study that treatment with vitamins and antifungals has a significant role in reducing ringworm and its complications, and the emergence and development of this disease.
