Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to first examine the factors affecting the moral maturity and peace levels of individuals belonging to the Ruhzari order and to reveal theoretically the relationship between these factors and moral maturity and peace. Then, the moral maturity and peace levels of the participants of the Ruhzârî sufi orders will be determined descriptively and the relationship levels between some demographic variables and the dependent variables that are supposed to affect these levels will be examined. Accordingly, 40 hypotheses on the subject have been developed and these hypotheses have been tested based on the findings of the research. The sample of the study consists of 740 male participants who are 23 years old or over and member of the Ruhzârî sufi orders for 5 years and over from the provinces of Çorum, Kırıkkale, Ankara and Istanbul. As data collection tools, "personal data form" containing demographic characteristics created by the researcher and 5 Likert-type "moral maturity" and "peace scale" have been used to determine the participants 'moral maturity and peace of mind levels. As a result of the study, it has been found that there are statistically significant differences and relationships between demographic variables and moral maturity, demographic variables and serenity. In addition, according to the findings obtained by both methods; It has been found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the participants'level of moral maturity and serenity, and that there is a positive medium-level relationship between moral maturity and serenity, and that moral maturity explained 9% of the variance in serenity. The findings have showed that moral maturity is a significant predictor of peace. It is also among the findings of the study that performing the rituals of the religious order is common among the sample and the positive contribution of these rituals on the moral maturity and peace levels of the participants have been determined.
