Abstract (EN)
As a result of the rapid transformations in the fields of medicine and technology in our age, health institutions should also change continuously in the light of these innovations and developments. Rapidly increasing competition conditions require health institutions and organizations to provide quality health services. In order to increase the quality in institutions and organizations providing health services, quality standards practices should be fully implemented. The good quality of health services provided by health institutions and organizations is directly related to the extent to which the expectations of those who benefit from health services are met and how the service is perceived. Increasing the health level of the society is possible with the proper implementation of preventive health services, a quality health policy and improving living conditions. Health administrators have a very important role in the fulfillment of these services.
